All lash sales are final for sanitary purposes. NO EXCHANGES.

Refunds at company's discretion ONLY when and if manufacturing discrepancies occur. If product is defective you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving package to qualify for eligible refund/exchange.

Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are concerned your package may be stolen please take the proper precautions after receiving tracking information.

Please keep in mind that business days are Monday through Friday therefore delivery times may vary. Processing for shipping may take up to 3-5 business days. Feel free to contact us for further details with your name and order number.
